Quick Entry Food and Beverage

 

onePOS brings Conversational Ordering normally found in Quick Service POS to Full Service. Auto-Selected Modifiers save touches while still allowing quick upsets or changes to be made at any point during the ordering process. Use our native iOS Terminal App table side for even quicker table turns or for servicing large parties and remote areas of your location.

Automatic Check Splitting

 

Since all items are entered by guest, the kitchen easily can plate dishes, food runners do not need to "auction off" the entrees, and the guests can pay how they desire with no additional effort by your serving staff.

Pay at Table

 

Pay at table handhelds not only provide customers with a more secure payment option (that may soon be required by credit card companies), but speed table turns during your busiest times.

Train Staff Quickly

 

As with all parts of the onePOS solution, training is measured in hours not days. Cashiers learn how to ring orders and take payments within minutes at the same time the POS teaches them the intricacies of your menus and pricing.

Multiple Automatic Gratuities

Permit several different options for both servers and the site to be compensated for outstanding service for large tables, parties, and special bookings. Have different gratuity levels based on tables of 6 or more, 10 or more, or by dining area or room service / delivery. You can even charge special gratuity "service charges" that are a fixed dollar amount or percentage based, where your restaurant keeps a portion of the gratuity and gives the serving staff any overages for outstanding service. Of course, a server can turn off the automatic gratuity on a check-by-check basis when they feel that the customer might be best served with the flexibility to leave a tip at their discretion.
